As a 501(c)(6) non-profit, we advocate for local transmission providers who serve their communities with accountability and expertise. Through education, advocacy, and collaboration, we shape policies that support economic growth and enhance quality of life for all Americans..
WHY ALERT MATTERS
Why Now?
America’s electric transmission infrastructure is at a crossroads. Growing energy demand from manufacturing and AI datacenters requires significant expansion of the grid. However, federal policies like FERC Order No. 1000 threaten to remove local energy companies from the process, reducing accountability to local communities. Reform is needed to ensure local communities receive benefits and retain a voice in the infrastructure development process.
